حيّاك في Frindz! هذي الشروط تنظّم استخدامك للتطبيق، خذ دقيقتين واقرأها عشان تكون اللمّة حلوة وآمنة للكل.
1. القبول بالشروط
تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق Frindz (فريندز)، المعروف سابقًا باسم "سوالف"، وجميع خدماته ("التطبيق" أو "الخدمة"). ويُشار إلى مشغّل التطبيق بـ "نحن" أو "Frindz".
بإنشائك حسابًا أو استخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الاسترجاع، وهي جزء لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
2. الأهلية
- يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 سنة.
- يجب أن تكون قادرًا نظامًا على الالتزام بهذه الشروط، وألا يكون قد سبق إيقاف حسابك نهائيًا من قبلنا.
- تقدّم بيانات صحيحة عن نفسك، بما فيها العمر والجنس، ولا تنتحل شخصية أحد.
- لكل شخص حساب شخصي واحد، ولا يجوز بيع الحساب أو تأجيره أو نقله.
3. حسابك
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن كل نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك. أبلغنا فورًا إذا اشتبهت في استخدام غير مصرح به.
- اسم المستخدم (@username) فريد، ويمكن تغييره مرة واحدة كل سنة بعد اختياره أول مرة. ويحق لنا سحب أو تعديل أي اسم مستخدم ينتحل شخصية أو علامة تجارية أو يخالف هذه الشروط.
- حساب الضيف محدود المزايا، وقد يُفقد نهائيًا عند تسجيل الخروج أو حذف التطبيق.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. ويترتب على ذلك ما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية، بما فيه فقدان رصيد النقاط وأرباح الهدايا غير المسحوبة.
4. قواعد المجتمع
نريد مجتمعًا محترمًا وآمنًا. يُمنع منعًا باتًا ما يلي في أي جزء من التطبيق (الملف الشخصي، والمنشورات، والتعليقات، والمحادثات، والمكالمات، والمحادثات العشوائية، والبث المباشر):
- المحتوى الإباحي أو العري أو الإيحاءات الجنسية، أو أي محتوى جنسي يتعلق بقاصر بأي شكل.
- التحرش أو التنمر أو التهديد أو الابتزاز أو المضايقة المتكررة.
- خطاب الكراهية أو التمييز أو الإساءة على أساس الدين أو العرق أو الجنس أو الأصل.
- العنف أو التحريض عليه، أو إيذاء النفس أو الترويج له.
- ما يخالف الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية أو النظام العام أو الآداب العامة، بما في ذلك ما يجرّمه نظام مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية.
- المخدرات أو الأسلحة أو القمار أو أي نشاط غير نظامي.
- الاحتيال أو طلب المال أو المعلومات البنكية من المستخدمين، أو الترويج لعروض خارج التطبيق.
- الرسائل المزعجة والإعلانات غير المرغوبة والحسابات الوهمية.
- انتحال شخصية أي شخص أو جهة.
- نشر المعلومات الخاصة لغيرك دون إذنه، أو تصوير أو تسجيل المستخدمين الآخرين أو نشر ما يخصهم دون موافقتهم.
- انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية لغيرك.
- استغلال الثغرات، أو التلاعب بالنقاط أو الهدايا أو المشتريات، أو استخدام برامج آلية للوصول إلى التطبيق، أو محاولة تجاوز أنظمة الحماية.
5. الإبلاغ والإشراف
- لدينا سياسة عدم التسامح مطلقًا مع المحتوى المسيء والمستخدمين المسيئين.
- تستطيع حظر أي مستخدم أو الإبلاغ عنه أو عن محتواه من الملف الشخصي، والمحادثة، والمنشور، والمكالمة العشوائية، والبث المباشر. والحظر يمنع التواصل بينكما في الاتجاهين.
- نستخدم تصفية آلية للألفاظ المسيئة في النصوص، ونراجع البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة، ونزيل المحتوى المخالف، ونتخذ الإجراء المناسب بحق المخالف، بما فيه الإيقاف المؤقت أو الدائم.
- يحق لنا، دون إشعار مسبق، إزالة أي محتوى أو تقييد أي حساب نرى أنه يخالف هذه الشروط أو يضر بالمستخدمين، وإبلاغ الجهات المختصة عند الاقتضاء.
6. المحادثات والمكالمات العشوائية
- المحادثات العشوائية تربطك بأشخاص لا تعرفهم. يُطلب منك تأكيد بلوغك 18 سنة قبل استخدامها.
- تستطيع إنهاء المحادثة أو الانتقال للتالي أو الحظر أو الإبلاغ في أي وقت.
- لا تشارك معلوماتك الشخصية أو المالية مع من لا تعرفه، ولا ترسل مالًا لأي شخص.
- فلاتر البحث (مثل الجنس والدولة) تعتمد على البيانات التي يُدخلها المستخدمون، ولا نضمن دقتها أو وجود تطابق في كل مرة.
7. البث المباشر
- مقدّم البث مسؤول عن محتوى بثه وعن ضيوفه، ويجب أن يلتزم بقواعد المجتمع.
- يستطيع مقدّم البث تعيين مشرفين، وكتم المعلّقين، وحذف التعليقات، وطرد المشاهدين أو حظرهم من البث.
- البث وتعليقاته مرئية لجميع المشاهدين. ولا نسجّل البث، لكن قد يسجّله أي مشاهد بوسائله الخاصة.
- إبراز البث في الصفحة الرئيسية خدمة مدفوعة بالنقاط ولا تضمن عددًا معينًا من المشاهدين.
8. الموقع واللقاءات الواقعية
- مزايا تسجيل الحضور والأشخاص القريبين اختيارية، وتتحكم في ظهورك من الإعدادات.
- إذا قررت مقابلة شخص تعرفت عليه عبر التطبيق، فقابله في مكان عام وأخبر من تثق به. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن تعاملاتك مع المستخدمين الآخرين داخل التطبيق وخارجه.
9. المحتوى الخاص بك
- يبقى المحتوى الذي تنشره ملكًا لك.
- بنشرك المحتوى تمنحنا ترخيصًا عالميًا غير حصري ومجانيًا لاستضافته وتخزينه ونسخه وعرضه ونقله ومعالجته تقنيًا (مثل ضغط الصور) بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة وفق إعدادات الخصوصية التي تختارها. وينتهي هذا الترخيص بحذف المحتوى أو حسابك، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
- تقرّ بأنك تملك الحقوق اللازمة لما تنشره، وأنه لا ينتهك حقوق غيرك أو الأنظمة.
10. النقاط والهدايا والاشتراك
النقاط
- النقاط رصيد افتراضي يُستخدم داخل التطبيق فقط، مثل إرسال الهدايا، وفلاتر البحث العشوائي، وإبراز البث. وهي ترخيص استخدام محدود وليست عملة أو وديعة أو ملكية، وليست لها قيمة نقدية، ولا تُستبدل بمال، ولا تُباع أو تُنقل خارج التطبيق.
- تُشترى النقاط عبر Apple أو Google بالأسعار المعروضة في المتجر. وقد نمنح نقاطًا مجانية (مثل رصيد ترحيبي)، وقد نغيّر أسعار الخدمات بالنقاط أو قائمة الهدايا من وقت لآخر.
- يحق لنا تصحيح الرصيد عند وقوع خطأ تقني، وإلغاء النقاط التي حُصّل عليها بطريقة احتيالية أو مخالفة أو عبر مشتريات مسترجعة.
الهدايا وأرباح الهدايا
- الهدية المرسلة نهائية ولا تُسترجع.
- يحصل مستلم الهدية على حصة من قيمتها (حاليًا 30%) كأرباح هدايا، ويمكنه طلب سحبها وفق الشروط الموضحة في سياسة الاسترجاع، بما فيها سعر التحويل والحد الأدنى المعروضان في المحفظة. والنقاط المشتراة لا تُسحب نقدًا.
- يحق لنا تعليق أو رفض السحب عند الاشتباه في احتيال أو تلاعب أو مخالفة لهذه الشروط.
اشتراك Frindz+
- اشتراك شهري أو سنوي يتجدد تلقائيًا عبر المتجر ما لم يُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية، ويُدار ويُلغى من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر.
- يتضمن: 150 نقطة كل شهر في الباقة الشهرية، أو 2000 نقطة لكل سنة اشتراك في الباقة السنوية، واستخدام فلاتر البحث العشوائي مجانًا، وشارة Frindz+، وظهور بثّك المباشر في الرئيسية مجانًا.
- قد نطوّر مزايا الاشتراك، وسنخطرك مسبقًا بأي تقليل جوهري لها، ولك حينها إلغاء الاشتراك.
الاسترجاع يخضع لسياسة الاسترجاع.
11. خدمات الأطراف الأخرى
يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات من أطراف أخرى، مثل Apple وGoogle وFirebase وLiveKit وخدمات الخرائط والأماكن. استخدامك لهذه الخدمات قد يخضع لشروطها أيضًا، ولسنا مسؤولين عن انقطاعها أو محتواها.
12. ملكيتنا الفكرية
التطبيق وتصميمه واسمه وشعاره وبرمجياته وكل ما فيه (عدا محتوى المستخدمين) ملك لنا أو لمرخّصينا. نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا محدودًا غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراضك الشخصية غير التجارية وفق هذه الشروط. ولا يجوز لك نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو الهندسة العكسية له أو استخدام علامتنا دون إذن كتابي.
13. الإيقاف وإنهاء الاستخدام
- يحق لنا تقييد حسابك أو إيقافه مؤقتًا أو نهائيًا إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو الأنظمة، أو إذا شكّل حسابك خطرًا على المستخدمين أو على الخدمة.
- عند الإيقاف النهائي بسبب مخالفة، قد تفقد رصيد النقاط وأرباح الهدايا غير المسحوبة، دون الإخلال بحقوقك النظامية.
- يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت.
- يحق لنا تعديل الخدمة أو إيقاف بعض مزاياها أو إيقاف التطبيق كليًا، وسنحاول إشعارك مسبقًا قدر الإمكان.
14. إخلاء المسؤولية
- نقدّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب التوفر"، ولا نضمن أن يعمل دون انقطاع أو أخطاء، أو أن تجد تطابقًا في البحث العشوائي.
- لا نتحقق من هوية المستخدمين، ولسنا مسؤولين عن تصرفاتهم أو محتواهم داخل التطبيق أو خارجه، وإن كنا نعمل على إزالة المخالفات عند علمنا بها.
- جودة المكالمات والبث تعتمد على اتصالك بالإنترنت وجهازك.
15. حدود المسؤولية
في حدود ما تسمح به الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات الناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامه. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك في جميع الأحوال المبالغ التي دفعتها لنا عبر التطبيق خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة. ولا يحدّ هذا البند من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز تحديدها نظامًا.
16. التعويض
توافق على تعويضنا عن أي مطالبات أو خسائر أو مصاريف معقولة تنشأ عن مخالفتك لهذه الشروط أو للأنظمة، أو عن المحتوى الذي تنشره.
17. أحكام خاصة بمستخدمي أجهزة Apple
إذا نزّلت التطبيق من App Store:
- هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبيننا وليست مع Apple، ونحن وحدنا المسؤولون عن التطبيق ومحتواه.
- الترخيص الممنوح لك مقصور على استخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Apple التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها وفق قواعد الاستخدام في شروط App Store.
- Apple غير ملزمة بتقديم أي صيانة أو دعم للتطبيق.
- في حال عدم مطابقة التطبيق لأي ضمان نظامي، يمكنك إبلاغ Apple لتعيد لك سعر شراء التطبيق إن وُجد، ولا تتحمل Apple أي التزام آخر بشأن الضمان في حدود ما يسمح به النظام.
- نحن، لا Apple، المسؤولون عن معالجة أي مطالبات منك أو من غيرك تتعلق بالتطبيق، بما فيها مطالبات مسؤولية المنتج، أو عدم المطابقة للأنظمة، أو حماية المستهلك، أو الخصوصية، أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية لطرف آخر.
- تقرّ بأنك لست في دولة خاضعة لحظر من الحكومة الأمريكية، ولست مدرجًا على أي قائمة حكومية أمريكية للأطراف المحظورة أو المقيّدة.
- Apple والشركات التابعة لها مستفيدون من هذه الشروط بصفتهم طرفًا ثالثًا، ويحق لـ Apple إنفاذها في مواجهتك.
18. النظام الواجب التطبيق وحل النزاعات
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقًا لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. وفي حال نشوء أي خلاف، نسعى أولًا لحله وديًا، فراسلنا على hello@frindz.cc وسنعمل على حله خلال 30 يومًا. فإن تعذّر ذلك، تختص الجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية بالفصل فيه.
19. التعديلات على الشروط
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه، وإذا كان التعديل جوهريًا سنخطرك داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه. واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.
20. أحكام عامة
- إذا تبيّن أن أي بند من هذه الشروط غير نافذ، تبقى بقية البنود سارية.
- عدم ممارستنا لأي حق لا يعني التنازل عنه.
- النسخة العربية من هذه الشروط هي المرجع عند وجود أي اختلاف بينها وبين الترجمة الإنجليزية.

Welcome to Frindz! These terms govern how you use the app. Take two minutes to read them so the hangout stays fun and safe for everyone.
1. Accepting these terms
These terms govern your use of the Frindz (فريندز) app, formerly known as "Swalif" (سوالف), and all of its services (the "app" or the "service"). The operator of the app is referred to as "we", "us" or "Frindz".
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally able to agree to these terms, and must not have been permanently banned by us before.
- Give accurate information about yourself, including your age and gender, and do not impersonate anyone.
- One personal account per person. Accounts may not be sold, rented or transferred.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Your @username is unique and can be changed once a year after you first choose it. We may reclaim or change any username that impersonates a person or brand or breaks these terms.
- Guest accounts have limited features and may be lost permanently when you log out or delete the app.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. The consequences are described in the Privacy Policy, including the loss of your points balance and any unwithdrawn gift earnings.
We want a respectful and safe community. The following are strictly prohibited anywhere in the app (profiles, posts, comments, chats, calls, random chats and live streams):
- Pornography, nudity or sexual content, and any sexual content involving a minor in any form.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, blackmail or repeated unwanted contact.
- Hate speech, discrimination or abuse based on religion, race, gender or origin.
- Violence or incitement to violence, or promoting self-harm.
- Anything that breaks the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, public order or public morals, including acts criminalised by the Anti-Cyber Crime Law.
- Drugs, weapons, gambling or any other illegal activity.
- Fraud, asking users for money or bank details, or promoting offers outside the app.
- Spam, unsolicited advertising and fake accounts.
- Impersonating any person or organisation.
- Sharing other people's private information without permission, or filming, recording or publishing other users without their consent.
- Infringing other people's intellectual property.
- Exploiting bugs, manipulating points, gifts or purchases, accessing the app with automated tools, or trying to bypass security measures.
5. Reporting and moderation
- We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
- You can block or report any user or their content from their profile, a chat, a post, a random call or a live stream. Blocking stops contact between you in both directions.
- We automatically filter offensive words in text, review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content and take appropriate action against the offender, including temporary or permanent suspension.
- We may, without prior notice, remove any content or restrict any account that we believe breaks these terms or harms users, and report it to the competent authorities where required.
6. Random chats and calls
- Random chats connect you with people you don't know. You must confirm that you are 18 or older before using them.
- You can end the chat, skip to the next person, block or report at any time.
- Don't share personal or financial information with strangers, and never send money to anyone.
- Search filters (such as gender and country) rely on information users enter, and we don't guarantee their accuracy or that a match will be found every time.
7. Live streaming
- Hosts are responsible for the content of their stream and for their guests, and must follow the community rules.
- Hosts can appoint moderators, mute commenters, delete comments, and kick or ban viewers from the stream.
- A stream and its comments are visible to all viewers. We do not record streams, but any viewer could record one by their own means.
- Highlighting a stream on the home page is a paid service using points and does not guarantee any number of viewers.
8. Location and meeting in person
- Check-ins and Nearby People are optional, and you control your visibility in Settings.
- If you decide to meet someone you got to know through the app, meet in a public place and tell someone you trust. You alone are responsible for your interactions with other users, inside and outside the app.
9. Your content
- You keep ownership of the content you post.
- By posting content you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, transmit and technically process it (for example, compressing photos) as needed to run the service, according to the privacy settings you choose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for what we must keep under the Privacy Policy.
- You confirm that you have the rights needed for what you post and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or the law.
10. Points, gifts and subscription
Points
- Points are virtual credit used only inside the app, for example to send gifts, use random-search filters and highlight streams. They are a limited licence to use, not currency, a deposit or property. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the app.
- Points are bought through Apple or Google at the prices shown in the store. We may give free points (such as a welcome balance), and we may change the point prices of services or the gift catalogue from time to time.
- We may correct balances after a technical error, and cancel points obtained by fraud, by breaking these terms, or through refunded purchases.
Gifts and gift earnings
- A gift, once sent, is final and cannot be taken back.
- The recipient of a gift receives a share of its value (currently 30%) as gift earnings, which they can ask to withdraw under the conditions in the Refund Policy, including the conversion rate and minimum shown in the Wallet. Purchased points cannot be cashed out.
- We may hold or reject a withdrawal if we suspect fraud, manipulation or a breach of these terms.
Frindz+ subscription
- A monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically through the store unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. It is managed and cancelled in your store account settings.
- It includes: 150 points every month on the monthly plan, or 2000 points for each year of the yearly plan, free use of random-search filters, a Frindz+ badge, and your live streams featured on Home for free.
- We may develop the subscription perks. We will tell you in advance about any material reduction, and you may then cancel.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
11. Third-party services
The app relies on services from third parties such as Apple, Google, Firebase, LiveKit and map and places services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or content.
12. Our intellectual property
The app, its design, name, logo, software and everything in it (other than user content) belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes under these terms. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app or use our brand without written permission.
13. Suspension and termination
- We may restrict, suspend or permanently ban your account if you break these terms or the law, or if your account poses a risk to users or the service.
- If your account is permanently banned for a violation, you may lose your points balance and unwithdrawn gift earnings, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
- You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
- We may change the service, discontinue some features, or shut down the app entirely, and will try to give you advance notice where possible.
14. Disclaimers
- We provide the app "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will find a match in random search.
- We do not verify users' identities and are not responsible for their behaviour or content inside or outside the app, although we work to remove violations when we become aware of them.
- Call and stream quality depends on your internet connection and device.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. In any case, our total liability to you will not exceed the amounts you paid us through the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these terms or the law, or from content you post.
17. Additional terms for Apple users
If you downloaded the app from the App Store:
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We alone are responsible for the app and its content.
- Your licence is limited to using the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection or privacy claims, and claims that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it amicably: email us at hello@frindz.cc and we will work to resolve it within 30 days. If that fails, the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will have jurisdiction.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept it.
20. General
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Our not exercising a right does not mean we waive it.
- If there is any conflict between the Arabic version of these terms and this English translation, the Arabic version prevails.
